By accessing or using Bendella Web Studio's marketing software and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Bendella Web Studio ("we," "us," or "our") provides marketing automation, customer management, e-commerce, and related software solutions to businesses and companies.

To access our Services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Fees for Services are as specified in your service agreement. Payments can be made through mobile money (MTN, Airtel), bank transfers, or credit cards. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be added to your invoice where applicable by Ugandan law.
Bendella Web Studio retains all intellectual property rights to the software, documentation, and associated materials. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your business operations.
You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for providing the Services. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data in accordance with Ugandan data protection regulations.
You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purposes under Ugandan law, attempt to reverse engineer our software, send spam communications, violate third-party rights, or share account credentials with unauthorized users.
We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to factors beyond our control, including internet connectivity issues in Uganda, power interruptions, or necessary maintenance.
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms.
Bendella Web Studio's total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Services in the six months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
